Course Description
Streams of curricular thought based on extant literature. Consideration is given to the shifts of perspective in curricular theory over time, primary throughout the twentieth century, leading to present; the relationship of curriculum theory to major philosophical frameworks and assumptions; the interaction of the commonplaces of curriculum, and the dominant models of curriculum.
